I love all things health and fitness, and continually study more on subjects that interest me, particularly in the areas of mental health, fitness and healing.
I'm a mother of two energetic young children, who each have dairy and soy allergies, along with a gluten intolerance. This has lead me down the path of creating a lot of recipes which are high in protein, low in sugars, nutrient dense and above all, tasty for toddlers!
